Affordable Dental Care
Insurance is not required in order to make an appointment at Woodcreek Family Dentistry. If you do have insurance and would like us to submit to your insurance company, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you. The information on the front and back of your insurance card is needed in order to accurately bill your insurance company.
Now you can schedule online and provide your insurance information during this online scheduling!
Dental Insurance
- We accept all PPO plans, and we file these to insurance directly as a courtesy to our patients.
- We do not accept/file to Medicaid and HMO/DHMO plans.
- Most insurances send checks directly to us for services provided
- Some out-of-network insurance plans will require payments in-full (from patients) to us at the time of services provided and then insurance company will send out check to you for the cost of service based on contract between your employer and insurance co (We do not have control over this). We will still handle claims filing and sending all necessary paperwork to your insurance co and fight for your benefits.

Dental Payment Plans
We offer in-house payment plans for higher treatment plan amounts, and our financial coordinator will walk you through the details of your unique financing arrangement. You can also choose to enroll in CareCreditSM patient financing. CareCredit has a wide selection of plans available to cater to different patients, including ones with zero interest.
Dental Savers Plan
Wondering how you can save on dental care? Consider the Woodcreek Family Dentistry Dental Savers Plan! After enrolling, you’ll get special savings on most of our General Dentistry services. Our Dental Specialists are not part of Dental savers plan.
