If you do have insurance and would like us to submit to your insurance company, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you. The information on the front and back of your insurance card is needed in order to accurately bill your insurance company.

Dental Insurance

Woodcreek Family Dentistry is happy to accept most PPO dental insurances. We know that getting the most out of your insurance can get tricky, and we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.
  • We accept all PPO plans, and we file these to insurance directly as a courtesy to our patients.
  • We do not accept/file to Medicaid and HMO/DHMO plans.
  • Most insurances send checks directly to us for services provided
  • Some insurance plans require you to pay us at the time of service. Your insurance company may reimburse you directly, depending on your plan’s agreement with your employer. We will file your claim and submit the necessary paperwork to get your benefits.
